You can return any unwanted items to vintagemartuk within 35* days of receiving your order for a refund or replacement. Take the item(s) & order number located on your confirmation email to vintagemartuk. A store colleague will request to see your email so remember to have it with you. If you change your mind about an unused item you’ve bought in the last 35* days, simply return it in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged. If the item was faulty or damaged when delivered or collected from store, an exchange or refund will be offered. Electrical and photographic equipment will only be accepted if complete with all leads, accessories and software. Any software must have its original seal intact. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged. All returns are evaluated before being processed. Unless faulty, medicines, food, personalised gifts or cosmetics products which have been opened cannot be refunded or exchanged. vintagemartuk Advantage Card points earned against items you return for a refund will be removed in accordance with the vintagemartuk Advantage Card terms and conditions. When returning large items, please dismantle them before a collection takes place. *28 days for items despatched directly from the supplier, Items delivered direct from a supplier cannot be returned to vintagemartuk, please see the paperwork you received with the order on how to returns these items.
Usually in about 2-3 weeks. Most refunds are fully refunded within 7 days after we receive and process your return.
Yes, you can create replacement and exchange orders from this page by clicking Return Items and following the instructions. If you received a damaged or defective item, we’ll ship you a replacement of the exact item. If you would like to exchange an item for another, you can exchange for a different size or color or for an item in your Cart.
